SurfHub shares advertising revenue with the people who create and appear in content. When an ad is shown next to a post, a portion of that impression value is split between SurfHub, the photographer (post owner), and any tagged surfers.

Advertising revenue

Advertisers fund campaigns with a budget and a bid (cost per 1,000 impressions / CPM). Each time an eligible ad is shown in the feed, the campaign is charged a share of that bid. Your royalty is calculated from that advertising spend.

Getting paid with Stripe

Link a Stripe Express account from signup or Profile Settings. Once onboarding is complete and charges/transfers are enabled, SurfHub can pay out your accumulated royalties. You can skip linking at signup and connect later — a reminder stays on your profile until you do.

Status meanings

• Not Linked — No Stripe Connect account connected yet.
• Pending Verification — Account created; Stripe still needs details or bank verification.
• Active — Onboarding complete and payouts enabled.
